Data We Collect
Spicy Chili may collect account data such as player username, authentication provider, provider user ID, and email address when provided by Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.
The game may collect gameplay data such as level progress, scores, stars, gold balance, energy state, daily rewards, daily quests, settings, entitlements, and in-app purchase state.
Purchase data may include product identifiers, purchase status, transaction identifiers, and RevenueCat purchase events needed to unlock purchases and restore access.
Advertising data may include rewarded ad placement, ad reward status, ad verification data, consent status, and related technical events needed to deliver and verify rewarded ads.

Spicy Chili does not ask for precise location, contacts, photos, camera access, microphone access, health data, or financial card details directly.
How We Use Data
We use data to create and maintain player accounts, save and restore game progress, provide Google and Apple authentication, deliver rewarded ads, verify rewards, process purchases and subscriptions, restore entitlements, prevent abuse and fraud, debug issues, and operate or improve the game.
Third-Party Services
Spicy Chili uses Google Play for app distribution, license testing, billing, and purchases.
Spicy Chili uses Google AdMob for rewarded ads and consent handling.
Spicy Chili uses Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple for optional account authentication.
Spicy Chili uses RevenueCat for in-app purchase and subscription management.
Spicy Chili uses the Noralix Studio backend for account, progression, rewarded ad verification, and purchase synchronization.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers only when needed to run the game, authenticate users, process purchases, deliver rewarded ads, verify rewards, prevent abuse, or comply with store and legal requirements.
Data Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS where applicable. Session tokens are stored locally on the device and server-side session tokens are stored as hashes. Access to production secrets and service credentials is restricted.
Data Retention
Gameplay, account, purchase, and entitlement data may be retained while the player account remains active so that progress and purchases can be restored. Server logs and telemetry may be retained for operational, debugging, fraud-prevention, and compliance purposes.
Data Deletion
Players can request deletion of their account and associated backend data by emailing contact@noralixstudio.com. Some purchase records may need to be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
Children's Privacy
Spicy Chili is intended for a general audience. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal data and wants it removed, they can email contact@noralixstudio.com.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the app, backend, stores, ads, or purchase integrations change. The effective date will be updated when a new version is published.
